We offer single rate class/duet/private prices, monthly rate prices, and a membership with a discount rate that reserves your class spot and your preferred piece of equipment. Payments can be made through Zelle, check, or credit card on the Fitli site. You may purchase and schedule classes/sessions through Fitli by clicking the link below. The best place to start your journey is with the cost effective Explorer Package so I can best tailor movement for your body. I can then more effectively place you in an appropriate class if that is your goal . The private is also for the person who has ongoing physical considerations, enjoys a personalized session or wants myofascial bodywork and neuro-centric training incorporated into their movement improvement. You can do private sessions regularly or as needed if you like the occasional one to one.

Do you prefer more personalized work than a class provides? Do you have a workout buddy... Someone who keeps you motivated? Then this may be the price point for you. Keep some of the benefits of a private session, but at a cost effective option.

Joining a new studio is a personal experience. This option is for anyone who would like to come into a couple classes to see if it is a good fit or to explore different levels. Just visiting Denver? Travel a lot? The individual class gives you the option to explore Inner Foundations class schedule without committing to the month.

MONTHLY CLASS
Pay at the beginning of the month for the classes you want to reserve and receive a discount. If you end up needing to miss, you have the month to find a make-up class.

SUSTAINER
Sustainers are discounted rate autopay members allowed first choice on classes and equipment choice. They also can receive a half-price private for their birthday gift. Sustainers monthly autopay amount is based on a 4 week/month average and does not include HOLIDAY WEEKS where the studio has a special holiday schedule. Those classes are offered extra but at their sustainer class rate. There is no extra charge for months with 5 weeks. In the event of injury or long term travel, a sustainership can be canceled at any time with 15 days notice and no refunds. However, the program is best utilized on a long term basis.
